Secret Notes from the President?

March 3rd, 2009
This is related to a recent news story at MSNBC.
Read it here

I am puzzled as to how a "Secret note" became such a public forum.  How is such an item thrown into the public eye and still be called "secret".  Is there such a thing as "National Security" any more?

News reports continually disrupt delicate matters that really should stay "secret" until such a time when it is absolutely necessary to divulge such information. Perhaps when something has been taken care of?

For example: The news reports military operations…  Read More

Dumb Gift Ideas

February 13th, 2009
There are alot of people who deserve credit for one thing...trying.

Most people have an idea. Heck, they even have a rough draft of the idea, but to actually act on that idea is a different animal altogether. Most of us never get that far. So, whenever I run across something as outrageous as a "Malibu Magic Jar" (you can google it if you like) all I can say is, "Hey, at least you are trying."

Good or bad, you decide

February 12th, 2009

Some people like the mushy things in life while others want to vomit at the thought of it. Strange that so many people have so many differences that make each one of us different from the strangers we really are. Hmm, Aristotle would have been proud of that one.

I came across a forum about gift giving. The topic of the this particular thread was "Is this a dumb gift idea?"
I want to get down and dirty with this and lay down some guidelines about what to give that special person in your life. As the question on the forum goes:

Changing of the Seasons

November 5th, 2008
Gft ideas are forever changing. With the world moving as fast as it is and technology improving daily, you just never know what will be the trend of the day. Forget all that! If you like it, then I guess that is the trend of the day, right? The seasons change as much as our technology does.

The best thing about the Holiday Season is that it involves winter sports. If you're a winter sports fan keep an eye out for all the Holiday sales going on. Northface has maintained a winter targeted market and offers great quality with it. You might see something that would make a great gift for the special person in your life.
